- —3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplaces
- —Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- —Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
- —Understanding of marketplace business models and merchant needs
- —Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- —Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- —Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking
- —Experience conducting user research and customer interviews
- —Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- —MBA or technical background preferred but not required
- —Salary €65,000 - €85,000 + equity
