Just wanted to share our amazing results from yesterday's flash sale! ## Our Strategy: - **30% off** selected items for 4 hours only - **Targeted specific delivery zones** with lower usual activity - **Push notifications** sent 1 hour before start - **Social media** countdown posts ## Results: - **300% increase** in orders during flash sale period - **50% new customers** who hadn't ordered in 3+ months - **Average order value** actually increased by 15% - **Zero commission fees** meant we kept all the extra revenue! ## Key Learnings: 1. Target underperforming zones for maximum impact 2. Limited time creates real urgency 3. Kesk's notification system works amazingly well 4. Commission-free model means flash sales are actually profitable Anyone else tried flash sales yet? Would love to hear your experiences!
