Co-op governance

One member, one vote.

Kesk is planned to be part-owned by co-ops of its vendors, users, taxi drivers and delivery drivers. Each co-op is run by its members. Every member has the same say.

Legal noticeThis is not an offer of securities. The Kesk Cooperatives are being formed. Membership terms will be published in each co-op's statutes.

How voting works

How co-op voting works

  1. 01

    Join a co-op

Vendors, users, taxi drivers and delivery drivers join the Kesk co-op for their region.

  2. 02

    Vote as a member

Members vote at the co-op's general assembly. One member, one vote.

  3. 03

    Elect Kesk's board

Each co-op acquires part ownership of Kesk and elects members of Kesk's Supervisory Board.

Governance

Run by its members

  • One member, one vote

Every member has the same say.

  • Seats on Kesk's board

Co-ops elect members of Kesk's Supervisory Board.

  • No commission, locked

Changing it needs 85% of all Kesk shares. Co-op members have a say in that vote.
