- —8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in architecture roles
- —Strong experience with Rust, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- —Proven track record designing and scaling high-traffic marketplace platforms
- —Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed computing
- —Knowledge of payment processing, financial systems, and compliance requirements
- —Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- —Strong understanding of database design, both SQL and NoSQL
- —Experience with real-time systems and event streaming (Kafka, Redis)
- —Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor technical teams
- —Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
