Welcome to Kesk! By downloading, accessing, or using Kesk, Kesk Partner, or Kesk Vendor (the “Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Kesk”: Refers to the multi-service app for customers.
• “Kesk Partner”: Refers to the app for delivery and cab partners.
• “Kesk Vendor”: Refers to the app for store, service, and restaurant partners.
• “User”: Refers to any individual or entity using the Apps, including customers, partners, and vendors.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Apps.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Vendors and partners may be required to provide additional documentation for verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Notify Kesk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Services

• Kesk provides a platform to facilitate orders, deliveries, and bookings between customers, partners, and vendors.
• Kesk does not own or control the goods or services offered by vendors or delivered by partners.
• Vendors and partners are independent entities responsible for their offerings and services.

5. Payments

• Customers must pay for orders through the payment methods available in the app.
• Vendors and partners agree to Kesk’s subscription-based model and must pay the fixed monthly fee.
• Kesk reserves the right to update fees with prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the vendor or partner.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the vendor’s or partner’s terms.
• Kesk is not liable for disputes between customers, vendors, and partners regarding cancellations or refunds.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Misuse the platform to defraud customers, vendors, or partners.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or any harmful technologies.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Apps, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and Indemnity

• Kesk provides the Apps on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• Kesk is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
• You agree to indemnify Kesk from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Kesk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or app notifications. Continued use of the Apps signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

• Kesk may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
• You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

12. Dispute Resolution
