After 6 months of using Kesk's loyalty points system, here's what's working for us: ## Our Points Structure: - **1 point per $1 spent** (basic rate) - **Double points** on first order of the month - **Bonus points** for reviews and referrals - **Redemption**: 100 points = $5 off ## Results: - **40% increase** in customer retention - **25% more** repeat orders - **Customer lifetime value** up 35% - **Referral rate** doubled ## What Works Best: 1. **Clear communication** about points value 2. **Email reminders** about point balance 3. **Seasonal bonuses** (holiday double points) 4. **Easy redemption** process ## Pro Tip: Combine loyalty points with referral rewards - customers love earning points for bringing friends!
