Our Story

Kesk was founded in 2025 by Balamurali Pandranki, who is originally from India and moved to Estonia to pursue his vision of creating a fair platform for small businesses. Frustrated by the high commission fees charged by traditional delivery platforms, he decided to create a better alternative.

The name "Kesk" comes from the Estonian word for "middle" or "center," reflecting our mission to be at the center of local commerce, connecting businesses, service providers, and customers without extracting value from these relationships.

Today, Kesk operates in multiple countries and continues to expand its services while maintaining its core commitment to zero commission and fair practices for all platform participants.

Incorporation & International Launch

Kesk was officially incorporated as Kesk Systems OÜ in Estonia and as Privy League Private Limited in India, launching in the UAE, Singapore, and select US cities.

Series A

A $25M Series A round enabled further expansion and the development of the taxi booking and on-demand services features.

Expansion

Kesk expanded to 5 major cities and added grocery, medicine, and parcel delivery services to the platform.
