Our Story

Kesk was founded in 2025 by Balamurali Pandranki, who is originally from India and moved to Estonia to pursue his vision of creating a fair platform for small businesses. Frustrated by the high commission fees charged by traditional delivery platforms, he decided to create a better alternative.

Název „Kesk“ pochází z estonského slova pro „střed“ nebo „centrum“, což odráží naše poslání být středem místního obchodu, spojovat podniky, poskytovatele služeb a zákazníky, aniž bychom z těchto vztahů získávali hodnotu.

Dnes Kesk působí ve více zemích a pokračuje v rozšiřování svých služeb při zachování svého základního závazku nulové provize a spravedlivých postupů pro všechny účastníky platformy.

Three rules. We don’t move them.

Most platforms quietly rewrite their terms once they have leverage. Kesk publishes a constitution that doesn’t change without a community vote.

Vendors keep 100%.

Restaurants, stores, and service providers retain every cent of their revenue. The platform earns from a transparent flat fee — never from a percentage of someone else's work.

Drivers keep 100% earnings and tips.

Every euro a courier or driver earns — fares, deliveries, and every tip a customer leaves — goes to them in full. We don't pool, skim, or hide it inside a payout calculation.

Direction by community vote.

Roadmap priorities, commission rules, and fee changes are voted on by users, vendors, and partners. Not by a quarterly investor call.
